NIN Drummer Hospitalized

Nine Inch Nails drummer Jerome Dillon was hospitalized September 16th after falling ill during the group’s set at San Diego’s Cox Arena.

NIN was about an hour into its set when Dillon suffered chest pains and heart palpitations. The concert was cut short and the next night’s show at the Tucson Arena was canceled.

A message on the NIN Web site from frontman Trent Reznor said the band regretted the cancellation but that Dillon was “much better now” and a September 19th concert at America West Arena in Phoenix would go on as planned.

NIN is currently on tour in support of its latest album, With Teeth, with Queens of The Stone Age and Autolux.
