TBA’s Four Units

TBA Global Events has announced a restructuring that includes four specific business units: strategic events/meeting planning services, destination management, consumer marketing and fairs & festivals entertainment.

Key executives have been appointed to head the new units: Bob McCormick is named senior VP, strategic events/meeting planning services; Fran Romeo is named VP of fairs & festivals entertainment; Jill Liszewski, senior VP of destination management; and Dennis Boyle, senior VP of consumer marketing.

In addition, the Los Angeles-based corporate events and marketing firm has named C.B. Wismar senior VP. In his new role, Wismar will work on international business initiatives and strategic marketing initiatives.

Greg Anton is named senior VP of account management and Leo Fitzpatrick is senior VP of creative directors, designers, artists and strategists.

TBA was acquired by Irving Azoff, Robert Geddes and JHW Greentree Capital last year. Since then, the company has focused on corporate events, including the “America’s Future Rocks Today” event at the 2005 presidential inauguration, and brand marketing.
