The band is currently working its way across the country as the opener on the Foo Fighters / Weezer co-bill.

After that tour wraps at the end of October, Hot Hot Heat will kick off its own headlining tour November 6 in Louisville, Ky.

The month-long trek will stick mostly to the East Coast and South, venturing as far west as Texas before wrapping in Myrtle Beach, S.C., December 4.

Chicago’s The Redwalls will open all dates, with We Are Scientists and Diamond Nights splitting the rest of the support duties.

Hot Hot Heat released its second major-label album, Elevator, in April. The band has been touring almost constantly since February, taking along buzzworthy opening acts including The Futureheads, Louis XIV, Robbers on High Street, and Eisley.
