New 409 Management Recruiting

Patrick Leahy’s 409 Management & Consulting has added a new division: the Venue Management Recruiting Group.

It will act as a “management recruitment firm” for sports and entertainment facilities.

The division will help match potential managers to their facilities by reaching candidates “that may be beyond a hiring manager’s approach,” Leahy said.

The industry vet resigned as executive VP of Clear Channel’s music group venues division in December to form his own company.
