Cray will launch his latest leg February 17 at Las Vegas’ House of Blues, then hit California for a week of shows. He’ll be back on the East Coast in March, finishing up in Poughkeepsie, N.Y., at the end of the month.

He’ll visit Australia and New Zealand in April, playing the East Coast Blues & Roots Music Festival in Byron Bay and doing three shows with Buddy Guy.

By late April, he’ll be back home, touring Texas, Nevada and more through May and hitting Canada in July. Sporadic dates are booked as far as October.

Twenty was released last May, earning Cray his 12th Grammy nomination.

The disc’s title is a reference to the number of years he’s been a bluesman, though its title track deals with a different subject matter – the story of a fictional American soldier sent to Iraq to fight a “rich man’s war.”
