Following a brief round of February/March dates – to which two West Hollywood shows were recently added – the YYYs will launch their nationwide theatre trek April 5 in Philadelphia.

They’ll make their way west, stopping in Canada, the Great Lakes region and the Midwest before hitting sunny Southern California and Coachella April 30. They’ll fly back to New York to wrap at Roseland May 2.

Then it’s off to the U.K., with several shows scheduled for mid-May including the All Tomorrow’s Parties fest and two gigs at the London Forum.

The Yeah Yeah Yeahs’ much-anticipated second album, Show Your Bones, is set for release March 28.

The band hasn’t toured since spring 2004, although they appeared at several one-offs later that year, including a performance with Devo at Central Park SummerStage.
