Future Style
The U.K.’s Futureheads have two North American legs coming up this summer, the first with NYC indie outfit French Kicks and the second with Minneapolis upstarts Tapes N’ Tapes.
The initial leg will have the ‘Heads and Kicks covering the continent from June 15 through July 1, starting at Vancouver’s Commodore Ballroom. They’ll hit both coasts and several Southern states, all in the space of two weeks, by the time they wrap at Boston’s Paradise Rock Club.
The second round of dates starts July 25, with gigs in Philadelphia, Toronto, Detroit, Chicago, Las Vegas and more. The tour will finish up at San Diego’s Street Scene August 5.
Prior to the North American trips, The Futureheads will headline theatres across the U.K. The band’s new album, News And Tributes, is due out May 29 in the U.K. and a day later in the States.
More U.S. shows are in the works for this fall, according to Futureheads representatives.
