Delsener To Sell CKX Shares

Ron Delsener recently reported he is selling 150,000 direct shares of CKX, Robert FX Sillerman’s media company, according to an SEC filing.

The company owns the “American Idol” franchise, an 80 percent interest in Muhammad Ali and 85 percent of Elvis’ estate.

CKX has been trading in the $13 to $14 share range for about a year now.

The stock reached a peak of $28.80 last May after the company went public in late ’04.
