The July 8-19 visit will begin at the Theatre of the Living Arts in Philadelphia, hitting clubs and theatres in Washington, D.C., Boston, Cincinnati, Chicago and Detroit before wrapping at House of Blues in Cleveland.

The Japanese superstars toured the U.S. last April and August with opening acts including The Aquabats and Adam Richman. Vocalists Ami “Jane” Onuki and Yumi “Sue” Yoshimura perform with a full band on tour.

Earlier this year, the Japanese National Tourist Organization named the duo Japan’s Goodwill Tourism Ambassadors.

Although no release date is available, the group promises that a new album, titled Splurge, will be out soon on Tofu Records.
