Smoking Summer For E6
Electric Six has more than 50 concerts planned in the coming months, including a two-week July run and a lengthy fall tour.
The disco-garage-punk-metal band released its sophomore album, SeƱor Smoke, in February and has already completed a follow-up – Switzerland, due September 12.
The group will launch a seven-week North American trek in Toronto two days after Switzerland’s release. The band will headline dozens of North American clubs throughout the fall, stopping for two nights at Denver’s Larimer Lounge and wrapping at home in Detroit November 4 at St. Andrews Hall.
Electric Six’s July dates include Summerfest in Milwaukee and the Salad Days Festival in Toronto.
The band toured the U.S. earlier this spring with support from She Wants Revenge and Rock Kills Kid. Frontman Dick Valentine also recently completed a solo tour of the U.K.
