The band will appear on “The Tonight Show With Jay Leno” August 29, then launch a cross-country tour September 3 at the Osheaga Festival in Montreal.

Stops are planned in 19 cities, hitting venues including Boston’s Paradiso, New York’s Irving Plaza, and San Francisco’s Great American Music Hall. The group will do two nights at the Troubadour in Los Angeles September 29-30, then finish up at San Diego’s House of Blues October 2.

The English band will release the U.S. version of its third album, On The Outside, August 22. The new disc, originally released in the U.K. last fall, will include an extra track.

“We can’t wait to get back to America and see the reactions of the audiences to our new songs,” bassist James Stelfox said. “That’s what it’s always been about for us; sparking that connection in concert with our music.”
