A Busy Foxx
Fans of Jamie Foxx will be able to catch him on the concert stage and the silver screen in coming months, as the actor/musician prepares for the release of a new feature film and a heap of North American live performances.
The star of this summer’s “Miami Vice” remake and the upcoming “Dreamgirls” will launch a full arena tour December 26 in San Diego, a day after the latter film’s release.
He’ll travel up California to Oakland, playing the Oracle Arena on New Year’s Eve, then head across the country in January. Scattered shows are confirmed for February and he’ll cover the Midwest and South in March.
The last date on the books is an April 5 show at Staples Center in Los Angeles.
Foxx released his sophomore album, Unpredictable, last December.
