Former Judge Disbarred For Concert Incident

A former Pennsylvania judge has been disbarred by the state Supreme Court and is serving 10 years probation for an incident that occurred at a pop concert in Wilkes-Barre in November 2003.

Justices issued Mark Pazuhanich a retroactive disbarment to February 2005 in a divided ruling on November 17th.

Pazuhanich previously resigned from office and pleaded of no contest to indecent assault, corruption of minors and other offenses for groping a girl at the Hilary Duff concert.

He was also required to register as a sex offender.
