Brent Liles Dies

Brent Liles, a former bassist for Social Distortion, died January 18th after being struck by a truck while riding a bicycle.

Liles, 43, from Fullerton, Calif., joined the band in 1981 and quit along with drummer Derek O’Brien during a 1983 New Year’s Eve performance.

Liles went on to play with other punk groups including Agent Orange.
