Predators Find Exit Blocked

The truce that’s cooled the dispute Bojan Boskovic and Ivan Milivojev have been having with fellow Exit Festival co-founder Dusan Kovacevic looks to have blocked any predators wanting to get involved with the event.

Kovacevic had been in talks with Belgrade-based promoter Maxa Catovic of Komuna, who had been prepared to "rent" the festival for five years for a minimum of euro 200,000 per annum.

Catovic said he was happy to step in to keep the festival going while the founders had time to clear up their internal disagreements.

Another approach came from Arian Shehu of Croatia’s Arian Entertainment Ltd., organiser of the country’s Histria Festival, who offered to buy the event for a reported euro 3 million to be paid over a 10-year period.

This year’s Exit is July 12-15.
