The 29-city tour kicks off July 11 at the Dodge Theatre in Phoenix, and will make stops at amphitheatres around the country through September, including the Save Mart Center in Fresno, Calif. (July 14), Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre in San Antonio, Texas (July 24), Nikon at Jones Beach Theater in Wantagh, N.Y. (August 4), the Sound Advice Amphitheatre in West Palm Beach, Fla. (August 19), Boston’s Bank of America Pavilion (August 25) and the DTE Energy Music Theatre in Detroit (August 30).

Aly & AJ are readying their third album, Insomniatic, for a July 10 release, and are preparing to launch a full-out media onslaught with an upcoming movie, “Super Sweet 16,” a pilot for an MTV series and an entire line of “Aly & AJ” merchandise.

Corbin Bleu, who made a name for himself with the hugely successful Disney Channel movies “Jump In!” and “High School Musical,” is enjoying some buzz for his debut CD, Another Side, which was released earlier this month. Bleu will also reprise his role as Chad in the sequel to “Musical,” which debuts in August.
