Ticket Snafu At Pier Six
A recent ticket snafu for three August shows at the Pier Six Pavilion in Baltimore forced some ticket holders to accept downgraded seat arrangements after both the Rams Head Tavern, a brewpub affiliated with Rams Head Promotions, and Ticketmaster sold the same tickets, according to the Washington Post.
A Rams Head Promotions representative referred questions to Ticketmaster.
Apparently, fingers could be pointed at a rare programming error that allowed tickets to be sold beyond the limited tickets available for sale.
Ticketmaster contacted fans and made an effort to accommodate new ticket purchases.
The mix-up affected an August 2nd show with Nickel Creek and Fiona Apple, an August 14th Dream Theater show and an August 25th show with The Wailers and Steel Pulse.
