Charles Cochran Dies

Charles Cochran, 71, a country music pianist and arranger, died June 7th of injuries from an automobile accident.

Cochran was a first-call player and arranger for hit producers such as Allen Reynolds, "Cowboy" Jack Clement and Garth Fundis.

He wrote songs recorded by artists including Ronnie Spector and Dr. Hook and did session work on records by Johnny Cash, Waylon Jennings and Charley Pride.
