The band will warm up for the tour by playing a month of dates in Australia, Japan and the U.K. Fueled by Ramen labelmates Cobra Starship will join TIA for their Australian dates.

The mammoth 56-city Sleeping With Giants tour kicks off September 5 at the Rave Eagles Club in Milwaukee and will hit clubs and theatres from coast to coast.

September dates include the Gothic Theatre in Englewood, Colo. (September 11), the Croatian Cultural Center in Vancouver, B.C. (September 14), San Francisco’s Warfield Theatre (September 19), Jillian’s in Las Vegas (September 23), Cain’s Ballroom in Tulsa, Okla., and La Zona Rosa in Austin (September 30).

Stops on the schedule for October include White Rabbit in San Antonio (October 2), the House of Blues in New Orleans (October 4), Revolution in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. (October 17), The Masquerade in Atlanta (October 19), The NorVa in Norfolk, Va. (October 21), the 9:30 Club in Washington, D.C. (October 24), and the Webster Theatre in Harford, Conn. (October 31).

Shows on TIA’s November calendar include Philadelphia’s Electric Factory (November 1), Northern Lights in Clifton Park, N.Y. (November 4), The Guvernment in Toronto, O.N. (November 9), the Canopy Club in Urbana, Ill. (November 13), the Egyptian Room in Indianapolis (November 21), and a homecoming show at Chicago’s Rivera Theatre (November 24). Joining TIA on the trek will be special guests The Rocket Summer, Sherwood, and the band’s longtime friends, Armor For Sleep.
