The trek launches September 7 at the House of Blues in Anaheim, Calif., and will run through the middle of October.

Stops along the way include Soma in San Diego (September 9), Meridian in Houston (September 14), Masquerade in Atlanta (September 18), the Nokia Theatre Times Square in New York City (September 22), The NorVa in Norfolk, Va. (September 24), the Opera House in Toronto, O.N. (September 28), First Avenue in Minneapolis (October 3), the Gothic Theatre in Englewood, Colo. (October 9), and The Avalon in Los Angeles (October 13).

Tickets for some shows on the tour go on sale July 20 through Ticketmaster.

Following their stint on The Black Tyranny tour, Machine Head and Arch Enemy will hook up with Trivium for The Black Crusade, which launches with a handful of dates in Australia at the end of October.

Dragonforce and Shadows Fall will jump on the tour in November, as it heads to the U.K. and Europe to finish out the year.
