‘Not A Band But A Problem’

Five members of Atlanta-based industrial/metal band Helltrash are out on bail after being arrested in Louisiana when police found two live 25mm practice artillery shells in their van.

Helltrash, whose MySpace profile slogan is "not a band but a problem," was en route to a gig when they stopped at a Shreveport-area truck stop and were spotted allegedly smoking pot.

Police found the weaponry in a subsequent search of the van, and the band was charged with possessing an incendiary device.

Sheriff Gary Sexton said band members did not say why they had the high-powered ammo, which cannot be used by the general public. They posted $5,000 bond each and were released.
