Vincent and her band have a handful of dates on the books for the rest of this year, including November 3 at Parrish Auditorium in Hamilton, Ohio; November 16 at the Lincoln Theatre in Marion, Va.; and November 18 at Cattle Annie’s in Lynchburg, Va.

The group will also play a few January dates before the official start of the new tour January 18 at the Manatee County Fair in Palmetto, Fla.

Vincent’s massive schedule includes stops at the Rudy Theatre in Selma, N.C. (January 25); the Bluegrass Cruise, which departs from Ft. Lauderale, Fla., February 11 and runs through February 19, the Roberts Convention Centre in Wilmington, Ohio (March 28), the American Music Theatre in Lancaster, Pa. (April 5), the Mr. B’s Bluegrass Park in Ladysmith, Va. (April 25), Silver Dollar City in Branson, Mo. (May 11-13), Mountain Lakes Amphitheatre in Sutton, W.V. (June 7), Sally Mountain Park in Queen City, Mo. (July 2-6), the Mandolin Farms Bluegrass Fest in Flemingsburg, K.Y. (August 31), the Carolina Theatre in Greensboro, N.C. (September 13), Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, Tenn. (September 27-28), Comma Auditorium in Morganton, N.C. (October 25), and the Crown Plaza Hotel in Springfield, Ill. (November 8).

Good Thing Going, which is due out January 8, includes five songs written or co-written by Vincent, along with a number of covers of contemporary and classic tracks.

The singer described the album as her most personal, autobiographical project yet.

“I have never written five songs to include on an album,” she said. “I have to be inspired to write a song…but there’s been no shortage of inspiration lately.”
