The band has plans for a full U.K. tour in April to mark the release of the new disc, its first since 2004’s Title TK, according The Breeders’ Myspace page.

Performances at Canadian Music Week, the South By Southwest Music and Media Conference and Coachella, as well as full tours of the U.S. and Europe are also reportedly in the works.

Mountain Battles, which is scheduled to drop April 8, was recorded in Los Angeles with producer Steve Albini (Pixies, Nirvana, PJ Harvey).
