My Chemical Romance frontman Gerard Way married bassist Lyn-Z from Mindless Self Indulgence backstage in a low-key ceremony. And the wedding was performed by a Live Nation official who happened to also be an ordained minister.

A Live Nation representative at the Denver office confirmed that a LN staff member performed the ceremony but kept everything else on the Q.T. and strictly hush-hush. The unnamed minister did not contact Pollstar at press time.

Singapore’s New Paper noted that the new groom’s bro, My Chemical Romance bassist Mikey Way, also tied the knot with Alicia Simmons backstage at a Las Vegas show in March.
