Dates, Dates & More Dates …

2008 is shaping up to be a big year for Carrie Underwood as the artist continues to fill up almost every blank date on her calendar. Today’s new listings include June 8 in Cape Girardeau, MO, June 10 in Toledo, OH, June 12 in Reading, PA, June 17 in Birmingham, AL, and June 22 in San Antonio, TX.

Jazz pianist Eric Reed plays a multi-night stand at New York’s Village Vanguard during the first week of June. Other gigs include June 18 in Rochester, NY and July 1 in Oakland, CA.

Bad Religion plays Europe in June. Stops include Hamburg on June 3, Budapest on June 11, Barcelona on June 18 and Bilboa on June 21.

Finally, looks like Agnostic Front will be all over Europe this spring and summer. New shows include Helsinki on May 5, Paris on May 6, Frankfurt on July 17 and Copenhagen on August 8.

During the day we also updated the schedules for Groove Armada, Alanis Morissette, Shinedown, Authority Zero, The Frantic, The Raconteurs, Meat Loaf, Mannheim Steamroller, The Slackers, Los Straitjackets, Jimmy Eat World, Eddy Grant, Hank III, James Cotton Band, Guitar Shorty, Robyn, Walter Trout & The Radicals, plus thousands and thousands of artists and bands that we’d like to mention here, but can’t due to matters of national security.

And that wraps up the week! Thanks for being our companions on this journey through the wonderful, wacky, strange and awesome world of concert data. Have a great weekend!
