Springsteen Reschedules Florida Dates
Bruce Springsteen & The E Street Band has rescheduled three Florida shows due to the death of the band’s founding keyboard player, Danny Federici.
The Tampa show takes place April 22; Orlando is April 23; and Ft. Lauderdale closes this leg of the tour on May 2.
Existing tickets will be honored for the three concerts.
Federici, who had battled melanoma for three years, died at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York on April 17.
He last performed with Springsteen and the band last month, appearing during portions of a March 20 show in Indianapolis.
A memorial gathering for Federici will be held at the historic Stone Pony nightclub in Asbury Park, N.J. on April 23.
