The August 22-24 event will be held on five stages in San Francisco’s Golden Gate Park and is co-produced by Another Planet Entertainment (Treasure Island Music Festival), Superfly Productions (Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival, Vegoose) and Starr Hill Presents (Bonnaroo, Vegoose), along with the San Francisco Recreation & Park Department.

Other acts joining headliner Radiohead on Friday include The Black Keys, Cold War Kids, Steel Pulse, Lyrics Born, Black Mountain and The Felice Brothers.

Artist preceding headliners Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers on Saturday include Primus, Steve Winwood, Café Tacuba, Lupe Fiasco, Regina Spektor, M. Ward, Devendra Banhart, Two Gallants, Kaki King, Donavon Frankenreiter, Nellie McKay, Goapele and more.

The Sunday lineup leading up to festival closer Jack Johnson includes Widespread Panic, Broken Social Scene, Andrew Bird, Sharon Jones & The Dap Kings, Stars, ALO, , Grace Potter and The Nocturnals, Nicole Atkins & The Sea, Back Door Slam and many others.

A portion of the proceeds for Outside Lands, which will be the first annual large-scale multi-stage event in the Golden Gate Park’s history, will benefit the park.
