HBO will honor Carlin this week by presenting his most recent special “It’s Bad For Ya” on June 27 and a retrospective of several of his 14 comedy specials on HBO2 on June 25 and June 26. A complete schedule can be found here.

“Saturday Night Live” will also pay tribute to the late comedian June 28 by broadcasting the premier episode of the show, which he hosted in 1975.
