The men of Portugal. The Man will surely debut some new tunes from the album during their two-month trek with RX Bandits, which will see the band connecting the dots across the U.S. before skipping overseas for European headlining dates.

Portugal. The Man and RX bandits hop on the bus in Tuscon, Ariz. at the Rialto Theatre July 15, and end up nearly where they started with a two-night stand at The Clubhouse Music Venue in Tempe, Ariz. August 31 and September 1.

Stops include Emo’s in Austin (July 18), Parish at House of Blues in New Orleans (July 21), The Social in Orlando, Fla. (July 25), Ottobar in Baltimore (July 29), HighLine Ballroom in New York City (August 1), Grog Shop in Cleveland (August 5), Metro / Smart Bar in Chicago (August 7), Marquis Theater in Denver (August 12), Hawthorne Theatre in Portland, Ore. (August 16), Slim’s in San Francisco (August 18), Jillian’s Las Vegas (August 23) and the Troubador in West Hollywood, Calif. (August 27-28).

European dates for Portugal. The Man include Abart in Zurich, Switzerland (September 11), 59 to 1 in Munich, Germany ( September 17), Paradiso in Amsterdam, Netherlands (September 23), an appearance at Reeperbahn Festival in Hamburg, Germany (September 26), Beatpol in Dresden, Germany (September 30) and Germany’s Live Station Dortmund (October 4).

The band, which wrote and recorded Censored Colors in less than three weeks, said it’s exploring innovative distribution methods for the release to encourage fan interaction, which could include Pro Tools stems, raw video footage and original Illustrator artwork files.
