The Sexy Tour kicks off July 11 at Brady Theatre in Tulsa, Okla. and wraps just in time to ring in 2009 with a two-night stand at the Pabst Theatre in Milwaukee December 30-31.

Stops include Richmond’s Landmark Theatre in Virginia (July 18), Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas (July 25), Fillmore Miami Beach at Jackie Gleason Theater (August 15), Dodge Theatre in Phoenix (September 13), Fabulous Fox Theatre in St. Louis (September 27), Temple Hoyne Buell Theatre in Denver (October 10), The Wiltern in Los Angeles (November 8), Berklee Performance Center in Boston (November 21-22), Town Hall in New York City (November 28-29), and Palace Theatre in Cleveland (December 13).

Gaffigan is also set to film a new special for Comedy Central at Paramount Theatre in Austin December 5-6.

Gaffigan, known for his deadpan, clean comedy, explained in a recent interview with himself on his MySpace page that while the upcoming jaunt may be called The Sexy Tour, he’ll still be covering “hard hitting issues like bacon, legal documents and bean bag chairs … The only thing sexy about the show is me. I can’t help that part.”
