Judge Sides With Outback

The Music Hall Center for the Performing Arts in Detroit must pay nearly $60,000 to Outback Concerts of Nashville for an April 11 Etta James show, a Nashville judge ruled.

Outback sued the PAC, claiming it never received payment for the show and that the venue spent the money on bills to third-party creditors instead.

"If a judge tells me to pay, then I will," Music Hall President Vince Paul told the Detroit Free Press.
