Miranda Lambert, Blake Shelton Join Forces
Miranda Lambert and Blake Shelton will hit the road together next month for a series of special shows that will see the duo performing separately and together, à la Johnny and June Carter Cash or George Jones and Tammy Wynette.
The run kicks off October 3 at the Virginia State Fair in Richmond and, so far, features shows through early November.
Stops include the Show Me Center in Cape Girardeau, Mo. (October 10), the Arizona State Fair in Phoenix (October 17), McElroy Auditorium in Waterloo, Iowa (October 23), and American Airlines Center in Dallas (November 8).

The upcoming concert dates will feature special “seamless” shows with each artist’s band providing accompaniment.
Backed by their respective bands, both singers will perform solo sets featuring their hits, followed by acoustic sets and then they’ll reunite with both bands on stage for an energetic finale.
