Blunt To Guest Edit Metro
After an artist has conquered the charts with melancholic ballads, where does he find his next high note?
For James Blunt, the answer could come in a change of medium.
Blunt will take on a guest-editing gig for a global edition of the Metro newspaper Nov. 17, according to a statement.
“With so much going on in the world right now, I am looking forward to editing a newspaper, raising the profile of subjects close to my heart and hopefully have a little fun along the way,” Blunt said.
The singer has worked with international medical humanitarian organization Medecins Sans Frontieres for years, and will be involved in a feature story on the group.
Blunt will assume his editorial duties at Metro‘s Rome office, where he will collaborate with Global Editor-in-Chief Sakari Pitkanen.
