Going On Safari

Safari Sam’s, the legendary Huntington Beach, Calif., venue that was reincarnated in Hollywood just more than two years ago as an all-ages club and restaurant, is on the move again.

Now called Safari Sam’s At The Regent, the club has moved into a downtown Los Angeles theatre at 448 S. Main St. after losing its Sunset Boulevard lease.

In addition to its all-ages shows, Safari Sam’s At The Regent will offer cabaret, burlesque and drag shows during downtown L.A.’s monthly Art Walk event.
