DMX Jailed

DMX is back behind bars again in Miami after being arrested by federal authorities for allegedly skipping out on a court appearance.

The rapper was arrested Dec. 9 after failing to make a court appearance the previous week in Phoenix.  His attorney said DMX had been in and out of rehab in Florida for a couple of weeks.

DMX was being held in a Miami-Dade County jail cell at press time. He has pleaded not guilty to charges of drug possession, identity theft and animal cruelty in Arizona.
