Woodstock Rebirth?

Various music forums are chattering about a rumor that Woodstock will be reincarnated for its 40th anniversary. Turns out that’s not so – sort of.

Woodstock.com is under construction and somebody uploaded a PDF file to a forum board at Coachella.com that lists the promoters, locations (New York and Berlin) and dates (Aug. 15-16 and 22-23) for the festival.

Obviously, something’s afoot but Pollstar learned it’s not much.

The concept is in its infancy and the 11-page PDF is meant to float the idea among insiders.
