Coulter is a right-wing pundit who draws publicity and income with incendiary commentary. She’s got a new book out, too, which means she’s making the circuit. Maher is a political comedian who thinks a little left of Coulter, but she’s a recurring guest on “Real Time With Bill Maher” and the duo have had a long, professional relationship.

The couple is expected to visit Radio City March 9, the Wang Theatre in Boston March 10 and The Chicago Theatre March 11. It’s all part of MSG Entertainment’s “Speaker Series: The Minds That Move The World.”

Other minds have moved the world, too, and they are sure to make for some political fodder and even some mainstream news. That’s because Radio City’s series also includes Anderson Cooper interviewing Arianna Huffington, D.L. Hughley and Mike Huckabee March 31; Janet Reno, Alberto Gonzales and John Ashcroft April 20; and Charlie Rose interviewing James Carville and Karl Rove May 26.

Boston’s lineup includes Al Gore March 30; Rose interviewing Carville and Rove May 27; and Soledad O’Brien interviewing Al Sharpton, Lisa Ling and John Quinones June 9.

Chicago has Al Gore on April 1; Chris Matthews interviewing Tucker Carlson, Arianna Huffington and Paul Begala April 22; and Rose doing the Carville/Rove thing May 28.

Tickets are expected to go on sale Jan 11 and can be purchased at Speakerseries2009.com.
