Cheap Trick Moves To Vegas?
Cheap Trick is reportedly in the works to become a Las Vegas resident, where the band would perform The Beatles’ Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band throughout 2009.

The Rockford, Ill., quartet’s take on the album is a fan favorite, what with the band’s bubble-punk roots and singer Robin Zander’s ability to sing, well, just about any way he wants to. The band performed Sgt. Pepper live at the Hollywood Bowl, with orchestra and special guests, in 2007.
Apparently the Las Vegas Hilton wants to make it a recurring event and sources tell the Las Vegas Review-Journal the band is in the final talks to bring Cheap Trick, with orchestra, to Glitter Gulch as early as March.
A Cheap Trick spokesman was not available for comment.
