Brothers Nick and Pete Furgiuele, along with Pete DeLorenzo and Matt McCalvin, will launch a new round of dates Feb. 20 at Auburn University’s Beau Arts Ball in Alabama and have dates on the books through mid-April with more on the way.

Besides stopping at hip and happenin’ places like The Earl in Atlanta (March 6), Palladium Ballroom in Dallas (March 16) and Mercury Lounge in New York City (March 31), the band will drop in on Austin March 18-21 to play four showcases for all the industry types assembled at the .

Originally called A Fir-Ju Well when the Furgiueles and DeLorenzo founded the band in 2001, Gringo Star has spent the last eight years earning props from fans and critics crisscrossing the country with a live show that includes all four multitalented members hopping from instrument to instrument.
