Trinity Boardroom Coup Unravels

The mystery surrounding David Robson and Andrew Murray’s departure from music marketer Trinity Street has started to unravel, as the two company founders have issued a High Court writ against two of the company’s board.

Robson and Murray departed Dec. 5, with a Trinity representative claiming it was “not appropriate” for the company to comment.

The writ, which names Sanjay Wadhwani, a director at Ingenious Ventures, and former Trinity Street sales director Danny Oakes along with Trinity Universal Holdings Limited, alleges that Robson and Murray were wrongfully removed from the holding company’s board, had their voting rights withdrawn, were dismissed as employees and have been wrongly excluded from the management of the company they founded.
