In this Nov. 8, 2007 photo, Michael Jackson poses on the red carpet during the RainbowPUSH Coalition Los Angeles 10th annual awards in Los Angeles.
Among Jackson’s thousands of items going on the block at Julien’s Auctions is an Elizabethan-style portrait of him expected to fetch at least $4,000, a limited edition Lladro figurine featuring Jackson surrounded by children with the world on his shoulders for $2,000 and a personalized golf cart with a painted image of Jackson as Peter Pan on the hood starting at $4,000.
The sale will also feature the singer’s stage costumes and memorabilia, including rhinestone-studded socks from his “Moonwalker” days, diamanté gloves, a fedora, platinum and gold records and an American Music Award.
Lavish furnishings and antiques, arcade games and original artwork round out the rest of the offerings.
The five-day sale begins April 21.
