Yeah, we’ve been hearing that one for the past couple of months. But guess what? This time the rumor is no rumor.

Festival organizer Michael Eavis made the announcement.

“I’m so pleased that Bruce Springsteen has agreed to come to Worthy Farm for the first time. He’s one of the all-time rock legends and I’m confident that this will be one of our best shows ever.”

Springsteen and E Street will play Glastonbury June 27, one night before they tackle at London’s Hyde Park. Other festivals on the Boss’ calendar include in the Netherlands May 30 and in France July 16.
