More Reality Pop

“American Idol” creator 19 Entertainment is reportedly working on six new reality programmes for ITV.

The company, which is headed by Simon Fuller and owned by CKX, has agreed to a “non-exclusive co-production and co-development deal” with ITV Studios, the production arm of British television company ITV.

19 and ITV Studios will share equally in the rights to the programmes.

“We expect that this agreement will provide Simon [Fuller] with another platform for the development of new and exciting content which can be exploited across multiple platforms and will appeal to content consumers worldwide,” said CKX chairman Robert F.X. Sillerman.
