Run DMC occupies a most unusual place in rap history. As a rap group the trio of Reverend Run, and Jam-Master Jay is considered one of the greatest and most influential hip-hop acts ever to rhyme on stage. Plus, the group’s collaboration with Aerosmith on the latter’s revision of “Walk This Way” not only crossed musical and racial lines, but also helped turn mainstream America onto rap.

“Kings of Rock: Rock Hall Inductees ‘09” stars surviving members Run and DMC as the duo take fans down the memory lane, talking about everything from hit songs like “King of Rock” to their own signature style of Kangols and Adidas.
