Bruce Not Alone?

Ticketmaster Entertainment may have reached a $350,000 settlement with New Jersey Bruce Springsteen fans in February, but it appears other music fans are looking for their piece of the pie from the company.

Two New Jersey women recently filed a similar class-action lawsuit against TM, claiming the Springsteen incident is far-reaching, involving several high-demand shows, including Britney Spears, Miley Cyrus, Phish, Radiohead and The Dead, according to the New Jersey Law Journal.

The women claim TM offered fraudulently raised ticket prices for such shows by sending online customers to its TicketsNow secondary ticketing site.

The action would reportedly be open to consumers who visited the Ticketmaster site on or after Jan. 15, 2008, and were automatically sent to TicketsNow, where they purchased tickets at prices above face value.
