Tori’s Sinful Pleasures

As she prepares for the release of her latest album, “Abnormally Attracted to Sin,” and the accompanying tour, Tori Amos continues to search for new ways to share her musical vision.

Just how Amos plans to top 2007’s American Doll Posse tour – which featured the singer performing five separate sets as five different female characters – remains to be seen, but a deluxe version of Sin may hold some clues.

The package will include a DVD of episodic “visualettes” for each track that interlock and “bring to life the narrative arc of the album.” The footage was shot over the past year with “a noir twist” in HD and Super 8.

Fans who want a head start on unlocking what surprises Tori’s upcoming tour might hold will get their chance to start speculating when Sin drops May 19.
Amos’ Sinful Attraction Tour of North America kicks off July 10 at Seattle’s WaMu Theater and runs through mid-August.
