The Boss Does Overtime
After facing criticism for last year’s lineup and struggling to sell out, Glastonbury chief Michael Eavis and daughter Emily would have struggled to find one bad review after this year’s event.
The consensus was that it was the best Glastonbury in many years, certainly for the hot weather, although the diehard traditionalists were still treated to a massive downpour on the first day.
The acts on Europe’s biggest festival June 24-28 included Blur, Neil Young, Tom Jones, Madness, Lady GaGa, Kasabian and Fleet Foxes.
