Always a fan favorite, Browne’s upcoming acoustic run begins Nov. 1 in Harrisburg, Pa., at The Forum. Other dates include Nov. 3 in Morristown, N.J., at the Community Theatre at the Mayo Center; Nov. 4 in Scranton, Pa., at the Harry & Jeanette Weinberg Theater at the Scranton Cultural Center; Nov. 6 in Kingston, N.Y., at UPAC and Nov. 7 in Brookville, N.Y. at the Tilles Center.

Other stops include Baltimore, Durham, Asheville, N.C., Savannah, Columbus, GA., Orlando, Sarasota, Clearwater, Miami, Austin, Houston, Linden, Memphis and Salina, Kan. Last stop listed on the new schedule is Dec. 7 in Des Moines at the Civic Center.

Browne has been touring with a full band in support of his latest release – Time The Conqueror. If you’ve never seen Browne do the acoustic thing, you might want to pick up his two live albums recorded on previous solo acoustic tours, Jackson Browne – Solo Acoustic, Vol. 1 released in 2005 and 2008’s Jackson Browne – Solo Acoustic Vol. 2.

Of the Vol. 2 release, Anthony DeCurtis wrote in Rolling Stone:

“Between songs, Browne speaks about his life and music with moving candor…. This is Browne at his best, engaging his audience, his own experiences and the world around him, all in songs that will not lose their resonance any time soon.”
