It was one of those incidents where celebrities suddenly decide their privacy is being invaded when someone photographs them in public. In this case, West and his road manager, Don Crawley, mixed it up with a couple of photogs at LAX Sept. 11, 2008, grabbed their cameras and threw them onto the floor, breaking them.

West’s attorney, Blair Berk, successfully argued the case should be tossed because West and Crawley had already reached civil settlements in the case. Berk also said the two had already completed 12 hours of anger management classes. That’s an accomplishment that should make all Americans feel safer, especially the ones with cameras.

And while you’re feeling more secure, we hope you enjoy this video from 13 months ago.
