Legendary New York promoter Ron Delsener was caught playing with his cell phone at a launch party for Trudie Styler’s new yoga DVD series recently by a Wall Street Journal reporter.

After declaring “I don’t bother with technology. I have an old phone,” Delsener was asked about the state of the music industry.

“Over,” he said, as he closed the phone, the paper reported.
